Marazion School is planning a phased and cautious opening, which aims to be safe and controlled as recommended by Gavin Williamson, Secretary of State for Education.
The welfare of pupils is at the heart of our decision-making and we are working with our school community on these decisions. As I am sure you would agree these are extremely difficult decisions to make.
After careful consideration, we are planning a phased and part-time opening of Marazion School from Wednesday 10th June, starting with children in Reception and Year 1.
We are keeping this decision under constant review and we will respond to any further information or guidance given in the coming weeks. Therefore, these plans are subject to change at any point.
We will continue to provide daily support for home-based learning with online work through Seesaw and paper packs in the post. Please note that our current reduced provision continues from Monday 1st June. However, a reminder that Marazion School is closed to ALL pupils on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th June.
